Jordan joined Rokstone in 2023 as Global Head of Aviation with over 20 years experience in the Aviation insurance industry. Prior to joining Rokstone, Jordan spent 17 years at AIG Aerospace where he worked across multiple Aviation segments and territories and ultimately held the role of Head of Aerospace, North America. Jordan’s experience in the US and International marketplace makes him uniquely positioned to launch the US MGA and continue to expand the global footprint with a focused and consistent growth strategy.

Chris brings over 15 years of experience in aviation insurance, with a proven track record across some of the industry’s leading organizations. Before joining Rokstone, Chris served as Vice President and Account Executive at Lockton, where he specialized in managing complex aviation accounts and delivering tailored risk solutions. Prior to that, he held Assistant Vice President roles at both Starr Companies and AIG, honing his expertise in underwriting, client management, and strategic portfolio development.

Chris’s deep industry insight, technical proficiency, and commitment to client success make him a key asset to Rokstone’s growing aviation team as we continue to drive innovation in the market.

Carson Lyons

Carson joined Rokstone with over 25 years of aviation insurance and risk management experience, including more than two decades at AIG. As a Private Pilot licensed in Property & Casualty insurance, Carson has developed deep expertise in risk evaluation, portfolio management, and strategic underwriting across general aviation, corporate, commercial, and public aircraft accounts. His experience extends to airports, aviation products, FBOs, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).

Recognized among Insurance Business America’s Hot 100 in 2016, Carson is widely respected in the industry for his innovative approach, practical insight, and commitment to building strong, lasting relationships. A frequent public speaker, he has presented at numerous aerospace industry events, aircraft owner/operator conferences, and broker events on general aviation, emerging risks, best practices, and unmanned aircraft topics.   

James Lascelles

James brings over a decade of aviation and insurance experience to his role as Digital Distribution Lead. A licensed FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic and experienced underwriter, James combines technical aviation knowledge with deep insurance expertise to drive innovation in digital distribution and underwriting efficiency.

Before joining Rokstone, James spent eight years at AIG as an Aerospace Underwriting Specialist, developing a strong track record across aviation insurance, aircraft systems, airports, transportation, and airport management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Aviation Management from Auburn University.
