What makes a great workplace? It is probably not the office itself (though some spaces are great), and it’s probably not the coffee (though that is extremely important).
What makes a workplace truly exceptional is the experience of being part of it - having people around you who want you to succeed, being trusted to make decisions, having the chance to learn and knowing your ideas will be heard.
That is what makes our latest recognition particularly meaningful.
iSure has been named among the Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Europe for 2026, ranking 80th in the European Top 100. We are one of just nine organisations from Ireland to make this year’s list.
It is also our first Great Place to Work recognition at a European level, taking our workplace story beyond Ireland and putting iSure alongside organisations from across the continent. And, importantly, the recognition is based on more than what we say about ourselves as a company.
It Starts With Our People
Great Place to Work’s 2026 European list is based on an assessment of workplace programmes alongside direct employee feedback. More than 1.5 million employees across Europe were surveyed as part of the process, representing more than 2.4 million employees, with the ranking itself based on employee responses from eligible organisations.
So, for us, this recognition belongs to the people who make iSure what it is. Our culture is built around giving people a voice, encouraging collaboration and creating an environment where people can take ownership of their work. We want people to have room to develop, try something new and contribute ideas, while knowing they have a team behind them.

Growth Should Create Opportunity
iSure is part of a wider European platform that continues to grow, bringing together specialist businesses and teams across different markets. This means our colleagues can work with colleagues in different countries, learn from different markets and specialist teams and build relationships across borders.
