Expanding Our Footprint in North American Inland Marine with two senior hires and tech-driven service advantage

Inland Marine Trucking is one of the largest, yet most underserved, insurance markets in North America. With over a million trucks on the road, the sector demands specialist technical underwriting and a deep understanding of risk. At Rokstone, it is exactly this kind of challenge that drives us.

Over the past two years, our Inland Marine team has more than doubled in size. The growth reflects both the scale of the opportunity and our ambition to set new standards in service and technical expertise for brokers and their clients.

Building Regional Reach

That momentum continues with the arrival of two new Senior Underwriters: Adrianna Allman, based in San Francisco, and Charles Turgeon, based in Boston.

With their proven expertise in Inland Marine and track record of high performance, Adrianna and Charles bring both regional knowledge and national reach. Their presence strengthens our geographic footprint, while enhancing the level of technical depth available to our broker partners.

Mike Nukk, Head of North American Marine at Rokstone, said, “Adrianna and Charles are two of the most talented young underwriters in this sector. They bring expertise, a strong track record, ambition, energy, and great broker relationships. We are delighted to welcome them on board at Rokstone.”

Ian Anson, Global CEO, commented on the role of technology, “Our growth is powered by combining deep expertise with our proprietary platform, AtomX that puts brokers on a faster track from submission to solution. AtomX triages risks intelligently, matches appetite in seconds and enables automated quotes where appropriate so brokers get decisions quicker and with fewer touchpoints. Documentation and updates flow downstream without friction, reducing rework and cycle time and freeing our underwriters to focus on complex judgement where it matters. The outcome is simple: a faster, clearer and more consistent experience that makes Rokstone the number one choice for brokers. Time is money—and we treat both with equal importance.”

With the right people, the right knowledge, the right technology and a clear focus on service, we are confident that our Inland Marine proposition will continue to grow.
