Meet Darren Delande

Taking the reins on our newest venture is Darren Delande, a seasoned expert with almost two decades of experience in Accident and Health underwriting. With a career that includes stints at large insurance companies such as Brit, Arch, Aegis and Optio, Darren is a true luminary in this specialised market.

Within the first five years, we aim to write £100 million in Gross Written Premium. The sheer scale of this opportunity and potential for growth is what truly ignites our passion.
