A Growing Team for a Moving Market
Following the USD 25m Lloyd’s capacity deal secured in 2025, our focus has been on scaling and strengthening the underwriting expertise behind our capacity. Jackie’s arrival is a terrific next step in that process.
Jackie joins us from QBE Insurance Asia, where she was a Senior Hull Underwriter. With over 15 years of experience in the marine market, Jackie has developed strong technical expertise, specialising for more than a decade in Marine Hull and Liability insurance.
Based in Singapore and working across both regional and international markets, Jackie brings a perspective that connects local detail with the bigger global picture. Her extensive experience across Asia and the Middle East, along with strong relationships with both local and international brokers, provides her with an instinctive understanding of business practices in this market.
A highly respected industry professional and former member of the IUMI Committee, Jackie is future-driven. She has been actively involved in shaping the industry's response to emerging challenges, from participating in sustainability-focused maritime initiatives to discussing digitalisation and cyber risks.

Jackie joins Rama Chandran and the wider APAC Marine team at a time when the platform is gaining traction. As Singapore’s first Marine MGA covering all Marine products, Rokstone is building something that feels different. Combining global underwriting capability with local market understanding, Rokstone Marine is supported by the kind of technology that allows us to move faster and think smarter.
Our proprietary ATOMX platform plays a key role in that, turning complex data into actionable insights and helping us deliver more informed, more consistent underwriting decisions across the portfolio.
