There are definitely worse places to talk about growth, ambition, and what is next for a business than the beautiful Château Elan in Atlanta.
Over three days, back at the start of May, the luxury resort in North Georgia played host to Rokstone’s US teams, as they came together for this year’s Dare to Discover event.
This year, the theme was momentum. But, being Rokstone, we didn’t mean the buzzword, corporate-jargony type of momentum - we meant the real kind. The kind created when people from across the business get together in the same room, share their ideas, challenge each other’s thinking, and reconnect with familiar faces (and meet new ones along the way).
No good event starts on an empty stomach. The first full day kicked off with breakfast before the agenda turned to our theme, exploring how we create momentum, fuel it, and protect it.
Conversations throughout the day reflected the scale of growth happening across the Group and the mindset behind it, building specialist businesses, backing talent, and continuing to push into new markets and opportunities. Colleagues also heard from Rokstone’s senior leadership team about the direction of the business.
And The Winners Are…
After the presentations, the afternoon saw colleagues swap the boardroom for the pickleball courts and wine tasting tours, before everyone came back together in the evening for dinner and the launch of Rokstone’s very first Rokstar Awards.
Created to recognise the individuals and teams making a meaningful impact across the business, the awards celebrated the people helping drive Rokstone forward every day.
Congratulations to all of our winners:
★ Rokstar of the Year - Chris Latta

Offering exceptional wines and world-class accommodations across 3,500 scenic acres, Château Elan is one of Georgia’s most distinctive resort experiences. It provided our colleagues with the perfect opportunity to connect properly outside the usual pace of calls, meetings, and inboxes.
While everyone headed home with slightly fewer competitive pickleball ambitions than they might have started with, they also left with new ideas, stronger connections, and a clearer sense of where Rokstone is heading.
Momentum, it turns out, is a lot easier to build when you build it together.
Until next year…
