Rokstone’s Cool Move with Coventry Blaze Partnership

Are you ready for the new ice hockey season, because we are diving into the action with Coventry Blaze in a brand new partnership. That’s right, Rokstone is partnering with Coventry Blaze ice hockey team as an official sponsor of the SkyLounge executive suite.

But that’s not all. We are also excited to reveal that as well as the partnership, we are sponsoring Brynley Capps, one of the brilliant players on the team. We hope to provide support throughout the season and help Brynley and the team make it to the top of the league.

About the Team

Coventry Blaze competes in the Elite Ice Hockey League, the UK’s premier top-flight ice hockey league. As four time Elite League Champions, they usually play twice a week on weekends, once at home and once away, between August and April, with the occasional midweek match.

Playing at the 3,000 capacity Skydome Arena in Coventry, the Blaze has built a passionate following in the Coventry and Warwickshire area, attracting fans to their thrilling matches. Known for their competitive spirit on the ice and commitment to community engagement off the ice, the Blaze plays a significant role in promoting ice hockey in the UK, working with local schools, charities and businesses.

The SkyLounge

The three year partnership will see the Rokstone name associated with a premier hospitality experience at the Skydome Arena.

The newly refurbished Rokstone SkyLounge will elevate the game night experience for corporate guests and Blaze supporters. Offering a luxurious and comfortable setting, the SkyLounge will provide the perfect atmosphere for entertaining clients, hosting events or simply enjoying an evening of ice hockey.

Andy Buxton, Chairman of Coventry Blaze, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership. He said, “We are thrilled to welcome Rokstone to the Blaze corporate family for the new season. The new Rokstone SkyLounge will be a real feature of our game nights, offering many great evenings for our supporters. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with Rokstone.”

James Potter, Deputy CEO of Aventum Group, shared his excitement, noting the strong community ties that both Coventry Blaze and Rokstone value. “The Blaze is a big part of the Coventry and Warwickshire community, something we value greatly. We look forward to working with the Blaze over the next three years and are equally excited about entertaining our guests in the new Rokstone SkyLounge.”

As a committed partner, we are excited to be part of the team’s journey in the coming years, supporting the local community and enhancing the game night experience for fans and guests alike.
