Coverage/Limits

  • Cover for 50 trades – Carpet Fitters, Computer Service Engineers, Landscape Contractors Building contractors, bricklayers, plasterers, painters and many more

  • Wage roll up to € 750,000, reference EL is rated on wage roll

  • Turnover up to €7.5 Million

  • BFSC up to 50% of annual turnover

  • Inclusion of Project Supervisor at Construction Stage where required

  • Spray drift cover for painters

  • 15m height limit (option to increase)

  • 3m depth limit (option to increase)

  • Contractors All Risks

  • Contract Works – up to €2,500,000

  • Own Plant – up to €100,000

  • Hired in Plant – up to €150,000

  • Tools – up to €25,000

  • Territorial limits - Republic of Ireland, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man

  • Commission 15%
