Protection available for properties owned by the policyholder and occupied by third parties for office, retail, commercial/industrial purposes, domestic and residential purposes. We are seeking to write low/medium hazard risk profiles with a purpose built bias and Irish domiciled portfolios of commercial and residential risks. Our target premiums are within the €750 to €20,000 range, however we will consider higher hazards and premiums for welll managed risks and portfolios.

    • Property temporarily removed, 20% of the Sum Insured.
