We underwrite a portfolio of Irish domiciled, low to medium hazard commercial risks for unoccupied commercial and residential properties. Our target premium is between €750 and €20,000, however we will consider well managed portfolios which exceed this on referral.

  • Landlords Contents automatically included to €10,000 with higher limits available

  • Option to include Wet Perils

  • Short term policies available – 3, 6 or 9 months

  • Cover for internal renovations

  • Removal of Debris

  • Replacement locks and keys

  • Trace and Access

  • Fire Brigade Charges

  • Insect nest removal

  • Eviction of squatters

  • Properties must be < 5 years unoccupied
